This class uses High-Intensity Interval style Training with Kettlebells. A very popular class which is ideal for people who like a sweaty heart-pumping workout. Perfect for toning, developing cardio and building strong core strength.

This family-friendly class is designed to get heart and lunges working and all muscles fired up. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is an opportunity for people to exercise with family, partner or on their own.
