These classes utilise traditional forms of Kettlebell techniques to create a full-body workout that works every muscle and has an emphasis on core strength. These classes are only suitable for people that have a basic grasp of kettlebell techniques.
We recommend that new people conduct Kettlebell instructional videos first.
